Mary-Elizabeth Reinhart

Analyst

Mary-Elizabeth (M.E.) supports AVISTA through the analysis and review of internal and client agreements, as well as detailed research that informs both strategic decisions and client deliverables. She contributes to client success by providing summaries related to the Army’s Expedited Professional and Engineering Support Services (EXPRESS) program and One Acquisition Solution for Integrated Services Plus (OASIS+) on-ramps and open seasons. Her advanced Excel skills are instrumental in the preparation and review of price proposals and in meeting the data requirements of the GSA Multiple Award Schedule (MAS).

M.E. earned her degree in Business Administration and Management, with a minor in Technical Communications, from The University of Alabama in Huntsville. Before joining AVISTA, she supported the Strategic Communications team at NASA’s Marshall Space Flight Center, contributing to internal messaging and public engagement efforts.

Outside of work, M.E. enjoys playing in competitive tennis leagues, baking and decorating cakes for special occasions, and hunting for antiques and thrifted treasures. She and her husband are proud parents of three children.
