Ashton Stafford

Director of GovCon Services

Ashton manages AVISTA’s GovCon portfolio assisting clients needing support in the area of government contracts.  She leverages her 12+ years of experience in government contracting to support small and large business clients in the areas of proposal support, reviewing and drafting agreements and policies, and also serves as their sounding board for complex government contracting issues/concerns. Ashton is a former NCMA Certified Federal Contracts Manager (CFCM) with Deltek experience.

Before joining AVISTA, Ashton worked in a variety of Government Contracting roles, including serving as a Senior Contracts Administrator for Victory Solutions and a Senior Contracts Negotiator for Lockheed Martin Space.

Ashton graduated from Athens State University with a degree in Business Management. She is an active member of National Contracts Management Association (NCMA) Huntsville.

Ashton is married and has two daughters.
