GINNY BEVILL

Director of GSA Services

Since joining AVISTA in 2017, Ginny Bevill has assisted more than 75 clients with General Services Administration (GSA) offers, modifications, pricelists, and Customer Assistance Visits (CAVs). As Director of GSA services, Ginny stays abreast of GSA solicitation refreshes as well as policy and procedure modifications updating and mentoring clients on the impact to their contract. She also assists clients with the Army’s Expedited Professional and Engineering Support Services (EXPRESS) program and other GSA contracts such as One Acquisition Solution for Integrated Services (OASIS+).

Ginny graduated from the University of Tennessee in Chattanooga with a degree in Chemical Engineering. Before joining AVISTA, Ginny worked as a process/control engineer and led process hazard analyses.

Ginny has been happily married for almost 34 years. Even though their daughter and family live in Northport, Alabama, she and her husband do not claim to be “empty nesters” because they have two “fur babies,” Stella and Riley.
