PATRICIA BAHR

Principal Advisor/ Consultant

Patricia supports a variety of AVISTA’s clients in the areas of contracts, procurement, and compliance.  With over 30 years of experience in the contracts and acquisition management field, Patricia is a widely regarded subject matter expert with federal and commercial contracts and subcontracts.  She has extensive experience working GSA Schedules, teaming agreements, non-disclosure agreements, government compliance audits, and proposals. Patricia has 20+ years of Deltek Costpoint experience.

Before joining AVISTA, Patricia worked for Hexagon US Federal as the Vice President of Contracts and Procurement and Intergraph Corporation as a Director of Contracts within similar responsibilities as well as pricing and proposals, reporting directly to the Intergraph legal counsel for contracts.

Patricia enjoys walking, especially with her dog, and loves reading the latest mystery thriller novels over an excellent cup of coffee or tea.
