PATRICIA BAHR

Patricia Bahr serves as President of AVISTA, where she provides strategic leadership and vision across the company's GovCon, GSAide, and BizTrans services. In her role, Patricia oversees all aspects of the firm's operations, including business development, client engagement, and organizational performance.

Patricia's depth of experience and collaborative leadership approach have been instrumental in advancing AVISTA's operational excellence, client trust, and continued growth.

With over 30 years of experience in contracts and acquisition management, Patricia is a widely regarded subject matter expert in federal and commercial contracts and subcontracts.  She brings deep expertise in GSA schedules, teaming agreements, non-disclosure agreements, government compliance audits, and proposals, along with more than 20 years of Deltek Costpoint experience.

Before joining AVISTA, Patricia held senior leadership positions at Hexagon US Federal as Vice President of Contracts and Procurement and at Intergraph Corporation as Director of Contracts, where she managed pricing, proposals, and compliance, reporting directly to legal counsel.

Outside of work, Patricia enjoys walking, especially with her dog, and reading mystery thrillers over a great cup of coffee or tea.
